APIC™ (Autologous Protease Inhibitor Concentrate) is our first-generation treatment.
It uses A2M, a protective protein your body already makes, taken from your own blood. APIC™ concentrates that A2M so more of it can go where it’s needed: inside the joint.
Draw. A small sample of blood is taken from your arm.
Concentrate. A special filtering process separates out the A2M and concentrates it.
Inject. Your doctor injects the concentrated A2M into the affected joint.
APIC™ is an FDA 510(k)-cleared device, and more than 10,000 patients have been treated with it.

More than 10,000 patients have been treated with APIC™, and more than 300 physicians have been trained to use it.
APIC™ uses a proprietary filtration process to concentrate A2M from a patient’s own blood, which is then injected into the joint.
Regulatory status: FDA 510(k)-cleared device.

The company is “testing the waters” of a potential offering which will be conducted under a valid exemption under U.S. Securities laws. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, will not be accepted. Reservations and/or indications of interest involve no obligation or commitment of any kind on any party. This process allows companies to determine whether there may be interest in an eventual offering of its securities. The company is not under any obligation to make an offering. It may choose to make an offering to some, but not all, of the people who indicate an interest in investing. If the company does go ahead with an offering, it will only be able to make sales after it has filed offering documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The information in those offering documents will be more complete than the information the company is providing now, and could differ in important ways. You must read the documents filed with the SEC before investing.
